Invitation to submit tenders, through the direct award procedure, for the selection of a contractor for the project “Provision of Communication, Dissemination and Networking Services and creation, management of the project website – Actions D1.2, D.2.1, D.2.2, D.2.3, D.2.4, D.2.5, within the framework of the project “Joint Cross Border innovative forest fires protection and prevention” with acronym: “FireFly” which has been integrated and is funded by Interreg Greece – North Macedonia 2021-2027″.
1. SUBJECT OF THE CALL
The subject is “Provision of Communication, Dissemination and Networking Services and creation, management of the project website – Actions D1.2, D.2.1, D.2.2, D.2.3, D.2.4, D.2.5, within the framework of the project “Joint Cross Border innovative forest fires protection and prevention” with acronym: “FireFly” which has been integrated and is funded by Interreg Greece – North Macedonia 2021-2027”

2. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
The following economic operators are entitled to participate: 1. “WIN DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS M. E.P.E.”, 2. DoubleA Consulting SOLE-PERSON IKE and 3. EXEO EE. which are legally engaged in the execution of services corresponding to the subject of this invitation, as described in the technical specifications of ANNEX A’ and are registered with the relevant Chambers.
3. METHOD OF SUBMITTING OFFERS
The above economic operators are invited to submit their offer until Monday, 24/11/2025 at 12:00 (seven days from the date of posting of the invitation to submit offers at KIMDIS), at the Communication Offices: Ypsilantous 4, Serres, 62123.
Offers submitted after the above date & time are overdue and will be returned without being unsealed.
The opening of the offers will take place on Monday, 24/11/2025 at 13:00 at the Communication Offices: Ypsilantous 4, Serres, 62123, before the Tender Committee.
The offers are binding on the candidates for ninety (90) calendar days from the day following the date of the competition.
